 Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process

  • Setting an Ideal Work Culture ; Nurture a positive working environment

  • Responsible for implementing KPIs, benchmarking practices, and conducting performance reviews to drive organizational success and employee development

  • Maintain Policies and handbook

  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations; complies with employment laws, internal policies, and industry standards

  • Design Effective onboarding and training programs 

  • Assess training needs ; to apply and monitor training programs

  • Strategic Talent Management ; identifying high-potential employees, creating development opportunities, and implementing succession planning

  • Develop Employee Retention Strategies ; implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement

  • Process Payroll  

  • Leave Management

  • Manage compensation and benefits 


Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role

  • People oriented and results driven

  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases

  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
