Job Responsibilities:
· Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staffs in a professional manner.
· Manage calls, emails, mail, courier, and front-desk activities.
· Provide administrative support to multiple departments (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, etc.).
· Assist in document preparation, filing, data entry, and record keeping.
· Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and internal communications.
· Support procurement of office supplies, liaise with vendors/service providers and maintain inventory.
· Handle basic reporting and administrative follow-up for assigned departments.
· Perform routine maintenance task to ensure the safety and functionality of the office environment
· Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas.
· Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
· Comfortable with performing physical tasks related to facility maintenance.
· Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
· Higher NITEC/ Diploma/Degree in Management or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Prior experience in reception or administrative support is an advantage
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
