Job Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Medical and Healthcare Software Application Systems

• Perform user requirements analysis.

• Perform application build and implementation.

• Conduct application system testing and support.

• Require 24x7 on call standby support on rotating basis.

Qualifications:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering (Computer), Biomedical, and Medical Laboratory Technology, Science (Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or equivalent).

• 1 - 2 years IT support job experience is preferred and or familiar with the workflow of Clinical Laboratory.

• Medical Technologists in Clinical Laboratory industry with passion for IT.

• Familiar with Windows 2016 and above, UNIX/LINUX and Oracle / MS-SQL database.

• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

• Good communication skills. 

• Possess resourcefulness, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
