HR Executive/ HR Generalist - #1109474

Our client, a well-established Japan multinational company, is looking for an experienced HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join their team in Singapore.

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment & onboarding

• Partner with schools & universities for career events

• Manage work pass applications & HR operations (payroll, leave, records)

• Support employee engagement, welfare activities & events

• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration & reporting

What You Bring:

• Diploma/Degree in HR or related field

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally with recruitment & HR operation exposure

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
