HR Manager

We are seeking an HR Manager to lead and manage HR operations across the entire Group. This role covers all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, staff benefits, insurance, policy development, and employee engagement, while ensuring compliance with international labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for all subsidiaries.
Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and staff insurance programs.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and the Employee Handbook.
Ensure compliance with labour laws across all countries of operation.
Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business strategies.
Support employee relations and engagement initiatives Group-wide.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years’ HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR operations, policy development, and compliance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, adaptable, and able to balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
