Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

  • Min 1 year of working experience in manufacturing / distribution centre


Job scope:

  • Act as the primary liaision between the companies as well as customers

  • Ensuring outbound process meets customers specification standards

  • Managing customer returns, warranty claims and feedback loops

  • Generate report, scorecards for dashboard metrics & Monitoring and handling administrative duties

  • Support corrective and preventative actions and ensure follow through of improvement plans

  • Other adhoc assigned
