We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the warehouse building, facilities, and equipment while ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies. This role supports preventive maintenance, managing budgets, supervising service teams and contractors, and contributing to digital transformation in maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of the warehouse building, facilities, and equipment in compliance with WSH regulations and internal policies.

• The Process Owner for compliance with the SPS ‘6D – Total Preventive Maintenance’ Card.

• Monitor, review, and manage maintenance and enhancement expenditures within budget.

• Lead and supervise staff in cleaning, security, and facility operations.

• Liaise with managers, contractors, and suppliers on repairs, maintenance, and operational matters.

• Supervise the progress and completion of facility-related projects.

• Drive improvements through preventive maintenance and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management.

• Diploma in Facility Maintenance or Management, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Ability to read technical drawings/CAD.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
