Interior Designer - #1112661

Responsibilities:
• Develop retail and commercial design concepts based on client requirements.

• Prepare technical drawings, layout plans, and detailed construction drawings for store renovations and fit-outs.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure design intent is accurately executed during renovation and installation stages.

• Conduct site measurements, site inspections, and supervise fit-out works when necessary.

• Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Present design proposals and material selections to clients when required.

• Assist in space planning and design revisions to meet client feedback and project constraints.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior design or retail fit-out projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other design software (e.g., SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop).
• Strong technical drawing skills and understanding of materials and construction details.

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• A keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
