• Up to $2800 Basic + AWS

Responsibilities:

• Respond to  customer inquiries via phone and email. 

• Generate Proforma Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Invoices using internal systems.

• Coordinate and prepare shipments and deliveries.

• Perform administrative duties

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of sales coordinator/administrative experience 

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
