Job Responsibilities:

• Handle employee data management such as posting job advertisements to job portals.

• Responsible for the generation of employee staff cards.

• Manage the creation of employment certificates and attend to staff enquiries.

• Process re-appointment letters for staff.

• Compile and verify staff records and documents in the HR system.

• Ensure smooth running of HR operations in accordance with prescribed policies, standard operating procedures, and customer expectations.

• Accountable for meeting KPIs.

• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.

• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.

Period:

• 2 years contract (renewable)
   

Location:

• Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle Service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT) 

Working hours:

•  Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $3300 + PB

​Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Diploma and above; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good written and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and tech-savvy.

• Quick learner and a strong team player.

• Meticulous in record-keeping.

• Able to work independently.

• Capable of handling workload during peak periods and providing backup support to ensure timely delivery of services.

• Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage.
