About our Line of Business – Satellite Systems
ST Engineering Satellite Systems Pte. Ltd. (SatSys) is a joint venture founded in 2010 by ST Engineering, DSO National Laboratories, and Nanyang Technological University. Today with our expertise and comprehensive suite of satellite engineering and test facility, SatSys design and develop satellite buses to integrate with various payloads, such as Electro-Optical (EO) camera, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and more, to meet the mission objectives of our customers.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Electrical Power System (EPS) Engineer to join our team in developing next-generation power systems for ST Engineering’s flagship satellite programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the full lifecycle of space-grade power electronics—from concept to launch.
Be Part of Our Success
Architect and design complete power systems for satellites, ensuring they meet mission-critical requirements for performance, reliability, and resilience.
Perform system-level analysis and optimization, balancing power budgets, thermal constraints, and redundancy to ensure robust operation in space environments.
Drive innovation in high-reliability electronic power modules, integrating advanced technologies and design practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including EMC, thermal, and reliability guidelines, throughout the design and implementation phases.
Lead testing and validation efforts, developing rigorous test plans and procedures to qualify power systems before integration.
Document and communicate technical insights, producing clear reports and design documentation to support engineering reviews and mission assurance.
Qualities We Value
Knowledge in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Aerospace / Space Systems Engineering or equivalent
Strong theoretical foundation in power electronics and circuit design.
Hands-on experience in prototyping, debugging, and testing power electronic circuits.
Familiarity with system-level design and analysis tools and methodologies.
Experience in module-level and satellite-level AIT is highly desirable.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Prior experience in the space industry or high-reliability electronics is a strong advantage.
