Responsibilities
Support employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Update employee information and key data into HR systems.
Organise and maintain the HR drive for proper record-keeping.
Prepare HR letters (e.g., employment certification, confirmation, acceptance of resignation).
Assist with employee movements (contract extensions, promotions, conversions, etc.).
Provide general HR administrative support as needed.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Some experience in HR or admin is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented individual.
