Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Based in our Singapore regional hub, this role will be instrumental in driving our digital presence and lead generation efforts across various APAC markets. You'll work closely with the regional marketing team and local country teams, and will also report directly to the Global In-Charge of SEO/SEM. This ensures alignment with global digital strategies and provides opportunities for advanced learning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Management (Conduct keyword research for APAC, AI trends research train, SEO Optimization, SEO performance using tools like Econda Analytics and Google Search Console. SEO audits)

• SEM Campaign Management (planning of paid search campaigns on various platform, managing country’s agency, monitoring of performance

• Content & Website Support

• Reporting & Analysis

• Regional & Global Collaboration (global collaboration for strategy alignmnent, Support digital marketing initiatives for specific APAC countries)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.

• Familiarity with SEO tools is a plus (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

• Demonstrated interest in and willingness to learn about the impact of Artificial Intelligence on search engine optimization and marketing.

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
