Project Manager - IT (Healthcare Systems Application, MS Dynamics) - #1111560

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology projects across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, structure, plan, manage, and report on assigned IT projects.

• Manage project scope and objectives, driving stakeholder alignment and expectations.

• Escalate changes in scope, budget, or timeline to the Project Steering Board as needed.

• Conduct solution analysis, procurement, product selection, fit-gap analysis, and obtain necessary approvals.

• Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.

• Apply industry best practices in project management methodologies.

• Coordinate internal and external resources for effective project execution.

• Liaise regularly with the Project Steering Board and Project Working Group for updates and reporting.

• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues to minimize impact.

• Ensure optimal allocation and availability of project resources.

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs.

• Ensure all projects comply with IT policies and internal/external audit requirements.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the reporting officer.

Successful hire:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Certification in IT Project Management (CITPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in digital services or healthcare.

• ITIL certification and experience are advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Independent, resourceful, and self-motivated with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope and budget.

• Experience with systems such as Integrated Electronic Medical Records, Automated Rostering and Scheduling, Microsoft Dynamics 365, web technologies, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

• Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, business applications, and security frameworks.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and successful project delivery.

• Solid experience in vendor management and project execution.
