My client is a leading government agency responsible for planning, developing, and managing Singapore's land transport systems and infrastructure.

The Opportunity

• Work with Government Agency
• Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
• Working location: Bedok
• 12 months contract (can renew/convert)
• Salary: $2,580

The Talent

• Minimum diploma holder and above
• Possess a valid Singapore Driving License

Job Description

• Respond to queries and feedback from internal and external stakeholders via email, calls, and feedback channels.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to improve workflows and processes.
• Manage daily operations such as claims processing and system data updates.
• Maintain and update documents, manuals, reports, and records.
• Assist in system testing and validation.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other assigned tasks.
