Quality Manager - #1111878

Responsibility:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) teams to foster a high-performance, quality-focused culture.

• Perform contract reviews to evaluate quality requirements and ensure alignment with customer and project specifications.

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation in accordance with customer specifications and contractual obligations.

• Oversee compliance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Third-Party Inspection (TPI) requirements, and customer specifications throughout the production lifecycle.

• Participate in the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting to assess and disposition of non-conforming products and materials.

• Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, ensuring effective root cause analysis and timely implementation of corrective actions.

• Manage and control calibration programs to ensure measurement equipment and gauges are consistently accurate and up to date.

• Conduct performance appraisals, provide regular coaching, and identify training and development opportunities for all quality department personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry, with at least 3 years in leadership capacity

• Knowledge in QMS and API Q1

• Experience with Machining and NDE methods
