Senior Procurement Engineer (Supplier quality, up to $4,800) - #1111543

Responsibilities:

• Develop new suppliers of fabrication and structure for semiconductor or automation equipment. (Example, precision machining parts, enclosure, sheet-metal, structure)
• Assess existing suppliers' performance, capacity and capability and map out a re-alignment strategy to meet current and future growth requirement.
• Develop cost reduction programs of existing and new suppliers on a periodic basis.
• Share experience and expertise to build up the strength and competency of colleagues.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:
[Must]

• Candidate must have at least Diploma in an Engineering discipline, preferably in Mechanical / Mechatronics
• 2 years of relevant working experience with relevant experience and expertise of procurement functions of semiconductor equipment industry.
• Some exposure in ERP system and MS office applications.
• Possess integrity of the highest standards.
• A team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read mechanical drawing
