Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components, systems, and assemblies per approved procedures.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults; confirm rectification through functional and operational tests.

• Disassemble, repair/replace, and reassemble components (e.g., actuators, pumps, valves, landing gear, structures) to meet spec.

• Carry out component rigging, alignment, and calibration checks using approved tools and test equipment.

• Perform line and workshop tasks: part cleaning, measurement, defect verification, and serviceability checks; support engine/ APU change-outs as needed.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for audits and airworthiness compliance.

• Uphold safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage tools, parts, and equipment usage.

• Report shortages and defects promptly.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• ITE in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical or related field.

• More than 1-year relevant experience in aviation/ component maintenance

• Working knowledge of aviation regulations and maintenance documentation

• Hands-on with diagnostic tools, schematics, and component-level troubleshooting

• With CAAS Aircraft Maintenance Certificate is an added advantage.
