Warehouse Manager - #1108239

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes, accurate inventory management, and compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.

• Plan and coordinate the arrangement and storage of inventory for maximum space utilization.

• Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance and teamwork.

• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control and order fulfilment.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Monitor and report on stock levels, shortages, and surplus.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.

• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery is in good working condition.

• Continuously improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Forklift license/certification will be an advantage.
