Export Customer Service Executive (Airfreight / Changi / 5.5 days office hour) - #1109008

Responsibilities:
Provide direct and professional customer service with a friendly and reliable approach.
Check export documents for compliance when processing export work orders.
Apply for the correct export permits and handle all customs processes in a timely manner
Monitor onboard shipment status and promptly inform customers of any irregularities.
Communicate effectively with related departments (Ops, Warehouse, Traffic, Planning, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
Verify and ensure airfreight rates applied are accurate and updated.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment status and handling requirements.
Ensure all shipments are properly accounted for and arranged according to SOP.
Collaborate with Sales and other functional teams to manage special arrangements.
