Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus (VB)
Location: Changi
Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

• Sat: 8:30AM - 12:30PM (5.5-day work week)

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Inventory Controller cum Procurement Specialist to join our growing team! You’ll be responsible for stock control, procurement, vendor coordination, and supporting supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect & organize incoming stock

• Monitor and update inventory levels

• Source, compare prices & issue purchase orders

• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery

• Verify deliveries against orders

• Maintain accurate inventory & purchasing records

• Forecast material needs with operations team

• Prepare & dispatch outgoing goods

• Conduct monthly inventory counts

• Analyze monthly inventory status

• Manage spare parts control & scheduling

• Track weekly purchasing expenses

• Handle Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process

• Assist in supplier evaluations & internal procurement projects

• Perform any other assigned duties

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

• 2–3 years’ experience in a logistics environment

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently, resourceful & takes initiative

• Positive attitude, results-driven & eager to learn
