Responsibilities:
Attend to enquiries and requests via phone calls and live chats in a professional, efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
Resolve customers’ and financial representatives’ issues at the first point of contact, ensuring proper closure.
Accurately update all customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Ensure timely and effective follow-up with customers and financial representatives as promised.
Assess appeals and provide recommendations to Managers, Heads, or HODs as appropriate.
Support ad-hoc projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
Perform additional duties or overtime during peak periods or operational exigencies when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holders with relevant experience are preferred
Candidates without prior experience may apply
Comfortable engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds over the phone.
Confident in handling live chats with financial representatives through a chat platform.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Pleasant and cheerful disposition with a service-oriented mindset.
A collaborative team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
