Location: Singapore Headquarters (6 Battery Road, Raffles Place area), with potential relocation to Hong Kong
Level: Manager
Salary:

• For Thai Nationals: 80,000 - 120,000 THB + housing & living allowance for overseas assignments

• For Singapore / Hong Kong Nationals: 160,000 - 300,000 THB (no living allowance)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to play a critical role in communicating our company’s financial performance and strategy to investors and stakeholders. This role will initially focus on APAC, particularly in Singapore and Hong Kong, and may expand across the region in the future. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, effective communication, and the ability to craft compelling narratives from financial data to drive investor confidence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze key financial reports, presentations, and materials for earnings calls, investor meetings, and shareholder communications.

2. Data Storytelling: Develop and present financial data that tells a clear and compelling story, with actionable insights about the company’s performance and strategy.

3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with institutional and individual investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.

4. Collaborative Work: Work with the finance team to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data and disclosures.

5. Investor Events: Coordinate investor events such as earnings calls, annual meetings, and investor conferences, ensuring seamless execution.

6. Communication Strategy: Develop and implement investor communication strategies that promote transparency, trust, and alignment with company goals.

7. Press and Investor Materials: Assist in preparing press releases, investor presentations, and fact sheets to showcase key company achievements and strategic initiatives.

8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all investor communications comply with regulatory requirements, stock exchange regulations, and corporate governance principles.

9. Market Insights: Monitor financial trends and market developments, providing relevant insights to investors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 5+ years in investor relations, finance, or a related field.

• Skills: Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and capital markets.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an engaging and accessible manner.

• Relationship Management: Ability to build strong relationships and manage interactions with investors, analysts, and external stakeholders.

• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with stock exchange regulations and financial reporting standards.

• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.

• Working Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
