We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join and grow with our Human Resource (HR) team as a Senior Manager, Human Resource (Business Partnering). Reporting to the Director, Human Resource, you will lead a team to advise and manage HR processes and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience, meeting business needs of the assigned Business Units (approximately 200 to 250 headcount).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full cycle of end-to-end HR operations for the assigned BUs which includes recruitment, on-boarding/off-boarding activities, performance and talent management.

  • Partner Head of Department (HOD) to improve work relationship and resolve complex employee relations, thereby improving work productivity and promoting employee retention. Provide consultancy and advice to HOD in HR policies and interpretation.

  • Supervise the team in benefits administration including yearly leave initialization, workmen compensation claim submission and all medical claims matters. Liaise with Finance department in the yearly employee insurance review and renewal.

  • Review HR Policies and support in HR transformation initiatives which involves work processes improvement and embracing new ways of working.

  • Involved in key compensation and benefit activities such as salary increment, performance bonus, promotion and manpower budgeting exercises.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma with at least 10 years of HR generalist and/or HRBP experiences in HR Operations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee engagement and retention. Prior experience in payroll processing is not a must but will be advantageous.

  • At least 5 years in a HR managerial role or similar capacity.

  • Passionate about people with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Mature, resilient and resourceful, with the ability to define and solve problems, analyze situations and make sound decisions.

  • Organized, with a strong sense of urgency and work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Meticulous with details, and with a hands-on mentality.

  • Familiar with budgeting and benefits administration like WICA claims, as well as prevailing HR practices and legislations.

  • Strong Ms Excel skills and experienced in using HRIS like Prosoft Unit 4.
