Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Senior Executive, Business Development will support in the sourcing, initiating, and implementing the business development plans and initiatives for Thomson Medical Centre and Thomson Specialists clinics (B2B).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead in sourcing new corporate partnerships and managing current accounts for the company across all business units.

  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure new business development plans are well implemented, achieving its objectives.

  • Assist in the development and management of the system to monitor and evaluate the success of Business Development plans and/or initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and doctors’ engagement teams to ensure support and success of any assigned commercial project  

  • Assist in the preparation of feasibility study for projects

  • Support the Business Development Manager in working with strategic BD projects, namely insurance, TPAs and international marketing activities to generate business for the Company.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of management reports.

  • Assist in handling medical concierges, agents, physicians and VIP clients.

  • Participate in physician engagement and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Degree in Business Studies or Marketing.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences in Healthcare industry.

  • Achievement-driven with good problem-solving skills.

  • Highly adaptable and resilience.

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.

  • This is a non-sales role in Business Development team.
