Corporate Secretarial Executive ( Company Secretary ) - Work From Home role, Remote Work

Job Scope

• Manage and handle portfolio of 50 SME companies
• Perform corporate and secretarial duties (i.e. incorporation, prepare board resolutions and minutes, etc.)
• E-Meet clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements
• Perform other admin or secretarial ad-hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently, multi-task and is meticulous
• Fast pace working environment
