This position will start off as about 6 months contract.
Location:
Revenue House, next to Novena MRT
Duties:
To develop and maintain good relationships with tenants and attend to feedback
Develop deeper understanding of customers' needs regarding space requirements and utilization, and rental assistance
Arrears management
Manage tenant-landlord relationships and negotiate tenancy renewals
Working Hour:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary:
$14/h
