We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support our team in handling and interpreting data from various digital sources. If you have a knack for organizing information, building reports, and supporting research initiatives, we welcome you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and compile data from web-based applications

• Clean, organize, and validate raw data to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Perform basic data analysis to identify patterns and trends

• Create and maintain data tracking systems and databases

• Generate regular reports and assist in data visualisation for stakeholders

• Support team members with reviews and insights based on data findings

• Assist with research projects and ad-hoc operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, charts)

• Familiarity with basic data analysis tools or techniques

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
