Senior Quantity Surveyor - #1096701

We are working with a reputable construction client to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their ongoing projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team, contributing to the successful delivery of key construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tender quotations in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Perform quantity take-offs through manual measurement and incorporate any amendments during the tender process.

• Source quotations for rates and technical data as required by each project’s specific requirements.

• Coordinate and conduct tender interviews, negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare sub-contract agreements or letters of award.

• Monitor progress claims and payments, manage subcontractor payments and certifications, handle variation order (VO) submissions, and finalize accounts.

• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience within the construction industry.

• Proficiency in MS Office and measurement software is essential.
