Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that building facilities and common areas are well-maintained and meet safety and cleanliness standards.

• Carry out general repairs and trouble shooting works (inclusive of plumbing, electrical repairs, door and furniture repair)

• Carry out basic F&B equipment maintenance 

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain tools and work areas in good condition, following safety and cleanliness protocols. 

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

• Maintain records of all maintenance and repairs performed.

• Coordinate with and liaise with external contractors when necessary.

• Prepare simple facility and maintenance reports and schedule monthly.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Electrical Technician License

• Min 2 years experience in relative field

• Min Nitec cert in Electrical Engineering or relative field

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting electrical systems. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Familiarity with general carpentry, plumbing, and minor equipment servicing

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and basic written)
