Are you a vigilant individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for ensuring the safety of others?

Job Responsibilities:

• Enforce swimming pool rules and regulations.

• Station at a position of a clear, unobstructed view of the coverage zone

• Focus on preventive measures and remind adults/ parents/ guardians to ensure water safety for themselves and advise/ enforce supervision of their children in the pool.

• Identify persons in distress and render assistance immediately.

• Inform the nearest lifeguard immediately if water rescue is required.

• Identify unsafe behaviour or water conditions and mitigate the situation.

• Assist lifeguards in land rescue, through administering first aid/ CPR/ AED and care for the victim if required.

• Assist lifeguards in the execution of the Company Emergency Action Plan and established emergency procedures.

• Assist the Company in incident management to the best of their ability, including, but not limited to, crowd management, clearing of pools, informing and guiding of emergency services, traffic control.

Requirements

• Possess valid Standard First Aid certification with CPR-AED throughout the contract period.
