FCL Customer Service Executive - #1100668

Responsibilities;
- To take charge of the co-ordination work for all incoming and outgoing shipments based on customer allocation
- Handle and process import and export shipping documents (including LC knowledge & Dangerous Goods)
- Liason work with customers, network offices, transporters, carriers and all other 3rd party vendors
- Manage shipping related enquiries from internal / external customers
- Trouble shoot operational issues encountered internally and externally
- Handle invoice, receipts and follow up on statement of accounts for payments receipts from customers
- Customize logistics solutions for customers, where needed
- Sourcing of space for FCLs based on customer requirements
- Deep selling to existing allocated customers
Requirements;
- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics
- Fresh Graduate is welcome
- Able to commit long working hours
- Familiar with shipping documentation and carriers
- Dangerous Goods Knowledge & Documentation Experience
