Procurement Executive (Food Manufacturing experience/North) - #1099818

Responsibilities:

·        Liaise with key stakeholders on modifications to sourcing proposals.

·        Manage vendors' conformance to delivery schedules and product specifications.

·        Ensure procurement operations and workflows comply with regulatory safety and quality requirements.

·        Determine inventory levels of products within the organization.

·        Develop new products and Ready-to-Eat meals.

·        Source and evaluate raw materials for new product development.

·        Support the R&D department in new developments and applications.

·        Work with the R&D team to create innovative product ideas and recipes.

·        Collaborate with the Quality Management team to ensure product compliance with regulatory standards.

·        Conduct product quality assessments and sensory analyses.

·        Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

·        Possess 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience in Food Manufacturing industry (Not suitable: other industries)

· Excellent communication skills

· Team player

· Attention to detail
