Position: ICT Executive

Location: Fernvale

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Monthly Salary: up to $3,300 per month

Contract Type: Full-Time, 1 Year 

Key Responsibilities:

Consultation & Market Research

• Advise on and source ICT/AV equipment, software, and accessories

• Stay updated on educational tech trends

• Assess ICT needs with school stakeholders and propose solutions

System Support

• Monitor daily ICT/AV operations and troubleshoot issues

• Disseminate MOE HQ ICT circulars

• Track and report ICT-related feedback

Teaching & Learning Support

• Provide ICT/AV support for lessons, events, and school programmes

• Set up and assist with devices during activities and meetings

Inventory Management

• Maintain and manage ICT/AV equipment across the school

• Liaise with vendors for repair, purchase, and maintenance

Training & Team Collaboration

• Conduct ICT/AV training for staff and students

• Support the ICT Manager and work closely with desktop engineers and vendors

• Cover responsibilities in the absence of the ICT Manager

Other Duties

• Maintain digital archives

• Capture and edit media from school events

• Assist in ICT projects and enrichment programmes

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by school leadership

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in ICT, Media, or a related field

Skills & Experience

• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

• Effective communicator with both staff and students

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new educational tools

• Team-oriented and self-motivated
