Brew Crew Opportunity
We are seeking friendly, curious, and passionate Café Managers to help deliver a world-class coffee and tea experience. As a manager of our Singapore Brew Crew, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, while growing others around you.
You will enter our famous ‘Barista Academy’ from your very first day and develop expertise in the craft of coffee and tea, gaining valuable career skills — Your development is our priority.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as Café Manager, you will:
● Manage, coach, and develop our amazing Brew Crew, supervising a blend of Assistant Managers and Baristas on their #PurplePathway.
● Guide our Brew Crew on providing exceptional customer service on our customer coffee, tea and food experience.
● Be a World Class Barista (& Tearista!) serving our amazing customers with the finest specialty coffee & tea.
● Manage your café (sometimes called outlet!) responsibly and profitably!
● Responsible for a full range of products from our famous beverages to delicious food and beautiful merchandise.
● Create meaningful moments - Share your knowledge, our heritage, and our sustainability practices with our Brew Crew and customers.
● Oversee all financial matters honestly, efficiently, and accurately.
● Care and manage the safety & health of our Brew Crew and customers.
● Lead and take pride in the appearance of your café, maintaining a clean and organized environment, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Your Ingredients
Our Brew Crew is fueled by curiosity. We embrace new ideas and experiences in the pursuit of bettering ourselves, our organization, and the customers we serve.
· A minimum of 3 years Café Management experience (or similar Food & Beverage outlet management).
· Background as a Barista is preferred, however not required, as training will be provided in our Barista Academy.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
· Excellent coaching, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Previous Microsoft office (MS) experience preferred.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
