Chief Human Resource Officer - #1094766

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource (HR) leader to spearhead the development and implementation of HR strategies for a new healthcare institution in its pre-operational and operational phases. This is a pivotal role in building a future-ready, engaged, and high-performing workforce aligned with the organization’s mission of delivering quality, patient-centered care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee and industrial relations, talent management, succession planning, performance management, rewards, and change management.

• Drive organizational design and workforce development strategies to support the hospital’s setup and long-term growth.

• Oversee HR operations for both directly employed staff and staff seconded from the parent healthcare group.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including department heads, planning leads, and group-level HR to ensure integrated and effective HR support.

• Foster a positive and resilient workplace culture during the transition from pre-operational to full operations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic HR matters.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field preferred

• At least 15 years of relevant HR experience, including a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role

• Experience in the public healthcare sector is a strong advantage

• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and collaborate across all levels of the organization

• Strong leadership capabilities, with demonstrated expertise in communication, change management, and strategic workforce planning
