Building Construction Project Manager [SL] - #1174309

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects, ensuring completion within the agreed timeline, budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project team throughout the project lifecycle, including project handover and the Defects Liability Period.

• Develop and monitor the master project programme to achieve timely project completion.

• Oversee the implementation of ISO, quality, EHS and environmental management requirements.

• Ensure construction works meet clients' and consultants' quality expectations and comply with relevant authority requirements.

• Manage coordination with clients, consultants and project owners on technical and contractual matters.

• Oversee technical submissions, including shop drawings, material samples and related documentation.

• Work with the QS team to manage procurement planning and the appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.

• Monitor subcontractors' performance, work progress and contractual compliance.

• Manage project costs and ensure expenditure is maintained within the approved budget.

• Lead, guide and motivate the project team to achieve project targets.

• Coordinate project completion, handover and rectification of defects.
