Aftersales / Customer Quality Coordinator
Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9am – 6pm
Location: Changi South (Nearest MRT - Expo)
Responsibilities
- Investigate and manage customer complaints and quality incidents from receipt through to closure.
- Input data into Root Cause Analysis (RCA) templates and manage the internal reject tagging process for warehouse-related errors.
- Identify process inefficiencies, waste and potential quality risks, and conduct Gemba walks with the Operations team to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer complaints received.
- Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, as well as internal procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
