Job Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic business planning initiatives to drive growth
• Participate in public and private business tenders, working with finance and service leads to draft business proposal, costing, and optimal service delivery.
• Working closely with the leads of Diagnostics services, establish, implement, and maintain appropriate policies, procedures, and internal control for all specific activities within the business unit.
• Monitor business, operational, and financial performance, and recommend improvement actions
• Lead or participate in projects and initiatives assigned by management.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support business objectives and operational excellence.
