Job Summary

The candidate will manage key accounts in industrial automation sectors, driving revenue growth through consultative selling of Balluff’s sensor, RFID, and networking solutions. Responsibilities include solution co-creation, technical training, market intelligence, and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand customer networks for Sensors, IO-Link, RFID, Vision, Power Supplies, Cables, Transducers, and Networking Solutions to increase market reach
• Drive new business development in semiconductor, life science, automation/robotics, F&B, metalworking, and packaging sectors by identifying and qualifying opportunities
• Manage sales pipeline using CRM (SAP C4C), co-create tailored solutions with technical support teams to meet customer needs
• Grow assigned key accounts by planning and executing field visits to drive revenue and profit growth
• Execute weekly Sales Operating Rhythm by planning ahead, building a 3X sales pipeline, prioritizing, advancing, converting, and closing deals efficiently
• Propose fit-for-purpose solutions, prepare Bills of Materials (BoMs) and quotes, and manage trials or proof of concepts (POCs) to support customer decision-making
• Organize and conduct monthly webinars, roadshows, and technical days to promote new product launches and engage customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting re-orders and retention, maintaining accurate and current data in SAP C4C CRM system
• Utilize CRM (preferably SAP C4C) and SAP systems effectively to track sales activities and customer interactions
