  • Culinary experience and able to create a full food menu offering for the space.
  • Lead and manage the team to execute operations requirements of the bar and restaurant.
  • Plan, prepare and present and create all in-house tea-spirits and cocktails recipes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives and sales opportunities to drive revenue targets and customers satisfaction through high quality and consistent food and beverage standards and services.
  • Brand Building experience, and able to present new projects while taking care of the Interior Design as well as the branding.
  • Oversee all operational aspects in the day-to-day management of the bar including event planning, maintaining and updating customer list and reservation.
  • Manage the inventory of stocks of the bar in compliance with all standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance to safety and hygiene procedures and policies, as well as maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of premise.
  • Handle guests’ feedback on service standards, build/maintain rapport, explore and expand networking to establish strong customer base.
  • Implement and conduct relevant staff training on food and beverage offering, bar operational procedures and quality service standards.
  • Work with Human Resources and Administration department in the performance review of staff members, staff recruitment, development and retention.
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
  • Reviews and plan work schedules to achieve high labour productivity and maintaining efficient labour strength.
  • Involve in Digital Marketing, including but not limited to graphic design, website design, logo design, brand design and menu design.
  • Knowledge of website (Wix) Mastery, Photoshop (Adobe) Mastery and lllustrator (Adobe) Mastery.
  • Familiar with RAPTOR POS.
  • Undertakes any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
