Hours

• Mon & Wed: 9:30am–4:00pm
• Tue, Thu & Fri: 7:30am–2:00pm

Key Roles

• Student Management & Supervision: Monitor/manage students in in-house suspension, reintegration, and time-out; apply restorative processes; supervise the reflection centre; follow up with form teachers.

• Investigative & Case Support: Assist in preliminary investigations for minor incidents; obtain statements; compile structured incident reports.

• Student Engagement & Mentorship: Build positive relationships through regular engagement, mentoring, and SEL support; conduct proactive patrolling to identify students needing support.

• Parent Engagement: Update parents on progress, discuss concerns, and co-develop strategies via phone calls, meetings, or home visits.

• Documentation & Case Management: Maintain accurate case notes; conduct regular reviews with HOD Student Management; support referrals to external agencies (FSC, MSF) in coordination with SC/SWO.

• SEL: Implement targeted SEL building modules through pull-outs; craft modules; provide in-class support.

• Administrative Support: Perform data entry; compile discipline statistics; monitor the reporting channel; liaise with teachers for learning continuity; review processes; maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be registered with MOE

• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience
