Senior Renal Care Nurse [SL] - #1173896

Lead and deliver quality nursing care for patients receiving haemodialysis treatment.

Perform patient assessments and monitor clinical conditions throughout dialysis sessions.

Carry out vascular access needling and other dialysis-related nursing procedures.

Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection prevention measures and patient safety standards.

Oversee the readiness, maintenance and cleanliness of dialysis machines and medical equipment.

Coordinate nursing activities and support smooth daily operations of the dialysis centre.

Mentor, guide and supervise junior nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care.

Assist the Head Nurse in staff coordination, clinical supervision and operational matters.

Liaise with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and perform other assigned duties.
