Manager / Senior Associate, HNW Product Management & Governance

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development of our High Net Worth (HNW) investment platform and Accredited Investor (AI) business. The successful candidate will play a key role in product onboarding, governance, platform operations, and alternative investment initiatives.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in wealth management, private banking, investment product management, middle office, platform operations, or alternative investments who are looking to contribute to the build-out of a growing HNW ecosystem.

Contract Duration

• Initial 3-month contract

• Potential extension for a further 3 months, subject to business requirements and performance

Key Responsibilities

Product Platform & Governance

• Support the evaluation, selection, onboarding, and maintenance of HNW investment products.
• Assist in developing product governance frameworks, approval processes, and operating standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities required for product launches and platform enhancements.
• Maintain product documentation, governance records, and due diligence materials.

Alternative Investments

• Support initiatives involving Alternative Investment solutions, including:

• Private Equity
• Private Credit
• Hedge Funds
• Private Market Funds
• Structured Investments

• Assist in product due diligence, implementation, and ongoing monitoring activities.

Middle Office & Platform Operations

• Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to support platform implementation and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate end-to-end product onboarding workflows, including account opening, operational setup, documentation, and approvals.
• Support controls, reconciliations, process mapping, incident management, and operational risk mitigation.
• Help establish scalable operating models for the HNW platform.

Skills & Attributes

• Good understanding of investment products and financial markets.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Highly Desirable

• Experience supporting Accredited Investor (AI) and HNW client segments.
• Familiarity with Alternative Investments and private market products.
• Familiarity with middle office, investment operations, product implementation, trade lifecycle, or platform support functions.
• Exposure to product governance, due diligence, risk management, and regulatory requirements within a wealth management or private banking environment.
• Understanding of MAS regulatory and operational requirements would be advantageous.
