Job Title: Shipment Coordinator III

Work Schedule: 5 days per week

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Summary: The Shipment Coordinator III is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the timely movement of materials, equipment, and shipments to ensure efficient supply chain and logistics operations. The role involves liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to manage shipping documentation, customs requirements, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery performance.
• Prepare and review shipping and export/import documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and vendors.
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics issues.
• Track orders and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or materials coordination.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
