Business Analyst (Banking, Vision Plus , Card Payment Networks, Jira ,Confluence) - #1171527

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and system requirements for Cards & Payments within the Banking domain.
• Perform System Analysis for credit/debit card processing and card payment networks.
• Analyze card and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off, and write-off processes.
• Analyze and support card transaction dispute processes and related payment workflows.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution delivery.
• Manage requirements and documentation using Jira and Confluence, with Vision Plus where applicable.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in System Analysis / Business Analysis, with strong experience in Cards & Payments within the Banking domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Cards & Payments and card payment networks in the Banking domain.
• Strong knowledge of credit/debit card processing and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off, and write-off.
• Experience with card transaction dispute processes and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with Vision Plus is preferred, along with strong communication skills and experience working with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
