Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders on HR-related enquiries.
• Support day-to-day HR Direct activities, ensuring employee requests and enquiries are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond to employee and manager queries relating to HR policies, processes, benefits, leave, payroll, employee records, and other HR matters.
• Manage and track HR requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution within established timelines.
• Provide administrative support for various employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, changes in employment details, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information and HR records in relevant HR systems.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, Payroll, and other HR teams to resolve employee and manager queries.
• Escalate complex or sensitive HR matters to the appropriate HR stakeholders where required.
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports, documentation, and employee communications.
• Ensure HR processes are carried out in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Identify recurring employee queries or process issues and provide feedback to improve HR services and processes.
• Support other HR projects and administrative activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HR operations, HR shared services, HR administration, or employee support.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and managers at different levels.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple HR requests and priorities in a timely manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HR systems or HR case management platforms will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and collaborative approach.
