Company Overview

We are a precision engineering services provider headquartered in Singapore, providing precision engineering and manufacturing solutions to customers in Singapore and international markets.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and expansion of our business in the Australian market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding the company's customer base and supporting the company's growth in Australia. The role requires frequent business travel between Singapore and Australia, including extended overseas assignments when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies for the Australian market.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in Australia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian customers and business partners.
• Conduct market research and analyse Australian market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Lead customer meetings, business negotiations and commercial discussions with overseas clients.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and management teams to support customer requirements.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade exhibitions and industry events in Australia.
• Monitor business development activities and achieve the company's agreed KPIs.
• Travel frequently between Singapore and Australia and undertake extended overseas assignments when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in international marketing, overseas business development or international sales.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing international markets, preferably with substantial experience in the Australian market.
• Experience in B2B marketing or business development, preferably in precision engineering, engineering services, manufacturing or a related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to travel frequently between Singapore and Australia and spend extended periods overseas when required.
