Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily store sales by proactively engaging customers and providing personalised styling advice.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and repeat purchases.

• Manage visual merchandising, including product displays, window arrangements, and overall store presentation.

• Handle stock receiving, shelving, inventory counting, and replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.

• Collaborate with the store team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.

• Adapt to rotating shift schedules as required by store operations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, or sportswear brands.

• Language: Proficiency in Chinese is essential for daily customer interactions; basic English communication skills are an advantage.

• Competencies: Strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
