Primary Functions

• Regional Account Support: Support the execution of sales/marketing strategies and daily channel operations across assigned Asia distribution markets to meet volume and revenue targets.
• Forecast & Inventory Tracking: Assist in gathering regional sales order inputs, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing monthly sales forecasts for distribution channels.
• Partner Execution: Coordinates directly with regional distributors to process orders, resolves supply chain delays, and supports localized promotion execution.
• Annual Budget & Forecast Planning: Own and develop the annual sales budget, revenueforecasting, and resource allocation strategies for the Asia distribution channels
• Go-To-Market Assist in rolling out brand/marketing campaigns, promotional collateral, andregional product launches with local distribution partners.
• Market & Data Reporting: Consolidate sales/marketing data, track distributor sell-through rates and monitor competitor movements across designated Asian territories.

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Commercial Operations

• Execute day-to-day sales and marketing operations, order processing, and shipment fulfillment for regional distributors and appointed dealers.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly sales progress against targets, flagging supply gaps or inventory bottle necks early to management.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing commercial distribution agreements, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines.
• Track outstanding balances, credit terms, and payment clearance in coordination with the Finance team to maintain healthy distributor accounts.

Channel Operations & Operational Support

• Maintain regular operational communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with downstream distributors to track shop-floor execution, POP display deployment,and localized promotional and marketing events.
• Process distributor claims, sales rebates, and credit notes promptly, ensuring accurate documentation and proper approvals.
• Act as the primary administrative point of contact for daily distributor inquiries, order escalations,and shipping updates.

Relationship & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Build strong working relationships with key operational counterparts at distributor organizations.
• Work closely with internal Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing departments to ensure timely stock allocation and product availability.
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports, sell-out data trackers, and market analysis presentations for the Assistant Manager.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Diploma or Degree holder with 2–4 years of relevant regional sales support, account management, or distribution experience.
• Channel Operations: Demonstrated understanding of distributor management, order processing,and trade sales execution.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis to track sales figures, inventory metrics, and monthly forecasts.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, cross-cultural coordination, and organizational skills to work effectively across diverse regional teams.
• Adaptability: Capability to multitask, meet tight reporting deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fastpaced regional distribution environment.
